Our process begins with the meticulous de-labeling and sorting of PET bottles. These bottles are then seamlessly transported via conveyor to our high-efficiency crusher where they are finely crushed. The pulverized materials are then conveyed by screw to the rinsing phase, ensuring thorough cleaning. Post-rinsing, these materials are transferred to the friction machine to undergo vigorous friction, optimizing their cleanliness. Following this, the materials are introduced to the steamer where they are heated and stirred to perfection, before being again transported by screw to the friction equipment for an additional round of friction.
Upon completion of the friction phase, the materials proceed to the rinsing machine for two meticulous rinses. Post-rinsing, they are efficiently transferred to the dewatering machine for thorough dehydration. Once dehydration is complete, the materials are processed by our advanced distribution system for expert drying treatment. Ultimately, the end product is transferred to the storage bin, marking the culmination of our sophisticated equipment process.
