Our process initiates with careful de-labeling, followed by meticulous sorting. The pristine PET bottles are then gracefully conveyed to the crusher, where they are thoroughly fragmented. These crushed fragments embark on a journey through a screw conveyor to the rinsing station for an immaculate cleanse. The impeccably cleaned materials are then channeled into the friction machine, where they undergo a vigorous scrubbing. Post-friction, these materials advance into the steamer for a gentle heat treatment. Once heated and stirred, they make their way to the friction equipment for a final round of friction, ensuring absolute purity and readiness for recycling.
Upon completion of the friction phase, the materials proceed to the rinsing machine for two additional thorough rinses. Following this, they enter the dewatering machine for efficient dehydration.
