Our sophisticated recycling process starts with the meticulous de-labeling and sorting of PET bottles. These bottles are then smoothly transported via conveyor belts to the crusher, where they are efficiently broken down. The resulting crushed materials are seamlessly moved by screws to the rinsing station, where they undergo thorough cleaning. Following this, the clean materials are directed to the friction machine for an engaging friction process. Once thoroughly rubbed, these materials enter the steamer for precise heating. After a rigorous heating and stirring phase, they are expertly transferred by screw conveyors to specialized friction equipment for an additional friction cycle.
Upon completion of this friction phase, the materials are subjected to two additional rinses in our state-of-the-art rinsing machine. After achieving perfect cleanliness, they proceed to the dewatering machine for effective dehydration. Following this, they enter our cutting-edge distribution system for advanced drying treatment.
