The SRL series mixing unit excels in the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, and the pre-molding drying of moisture-absorbing resins such as polycarbonate and phenolic resins. The process includes cooling and stirring to avert clumping and degradation, enabling additives to effectively permeate the plastic resin, eliminate residual gases, and store the hot mixed material. Boasting rapid and uniform cooling, it meets the stringent requirements of plastic production technology.
