Product Description

Introducing our state-of-the-art PET Bottle Cleaning Line, meticulously designed to ensure efficient and thorough processing. The journey begins with de-labeling, followed by precise sorting. The sorted PET bottles are then transported via conveyor to the crusher, where they are finely crushed. The resulting materials are conveyed by screw to the rinsing stage, ensuring they are impeccably clean. Post-rinsing, materials are directed to the friction machine, where a thorough friction process further purifies them. These materials then proceed to the steamer for targeted heating. Once heated and adequately stirred, they are again sent by screw to undergo an additional friction process. After this, they enter the rinsing machine for two final, intensive rinses. Upon completion of rinsing, the materials are conveyed to the dewatering machine for thorough dehydration. They then move to the distribution system for efficient drying. Finally, the pristine materials are stored in the storage bin, marking the completion of the entire meticulously engineered process.
