Once sorted, the pristine PET bottles are transported via conveyor to our state-of-the-art crusher, where they are finely crushed. This crushed material is then expertly moved by screw conveyor to the rinsing phase, ensuring thorough cleaning. Post-rinsing, the materials are efficiently transferred to the friction machine, where they undergo intense friction. The material then enters the steamer for a precise heating and stirring procedure, and is subsequently guided to the friction equipment for another round of friction.
Upon completion of friction, the material advances to the rinsing machine for two meticulous rinses. Following the rinse, the materials proceed to the dewatering machine, where they are expertly dehydrated before entering the distribution system for comprehensive drying treatment. Finally, the pristine materials are conveyed to the storage bin, marking the triumphant completion of this sophisticated equipment process.
