Our recycling process kicks off with meticulous de-labeling and strategic sorting. The carefully sorted PET bottles are effortlessly conveyed to our crusher, where they are transformed into manageable fragments. These fragments are then smoothly transported by our efficient screw system to the rinsing phase. Here, the materials are thoroughly cleaned before being propelled to the friction machine. The friction machine ensures a thorough agitation, which is followed by an invigorating steam heating session, enhanced by expert stirring. Post heating, the materials are moved again via screw to the friction equipment, ensuring maximum cleanliness and efficiency.
Upon completion of the friction process, the materials make their way to the rinsing machine for two additional cleansing cycles. Once rinsing is meticulously completed, they are transferred to the dewatering machine, where they undergo an effective dehydration process. Subsequently, they pass through the distribution system for comprehensive drying treatment. At the culmination of this process, the pristine materials are deposited into the storage bin, marking the successful completion of the entire recycling journey.
