HIGH-SPEED MIXER UNIT

Primarily engineered for the mixing, coloring, and drying processes of hygroscopic resins such as polyethylene resin, polypropylene, and ABS. This high-speed mixer ensures thorough and efficient treatment.
Post high-speed mixing, plastics undergo a cooling and stirring phase to prevent degradation and clumping. This procedure allows the hot mixed materials to further integrate, eliminates residual gases, and prepares the materials for storage.

The SRL series mixing unit is expertly designed for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, pre-molding drying of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and mixing of phenolic resins. Following this, it cools the materials to prevent clumping and degradation, ensuring additives penetrate the plastic resin effectively, eliminating residual gases, and storing the hot mixed materials. It boasts features like quick and uniform cooling, meeting the demands of advanced plastic production technologies.
