The SRL series mixing unit excels in the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), drying and coloring of polyethylene particles, and pre-molding drying of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate. It is also ideal for mixing phenolic resins. Subsequently, it cools the materials uniformly and swiftly to prevent clumping and degradation, ensuring additives continue to penetrate effectively. This process eliminates residual gases and facilitates storage. With its fast and uniform cooling, the SRL series meets stringent plastic production requirements, making it indispensable for plastic processing plants.
