These crushed materials are then efficiently moved through a screw system to a rinsing phase. Post-rinsing, the materials are sent to the friction machine for an intensive cleaning through friction, ensuring superior results. The materials are then heated in a steamer and stirred, ready to proceed to further friction equipment for enhanced friction processing.
Upon completion of the friction stage, the materials undergo two additional rinses to ensure cleanliness. Following this, they are subjected to a powerful dewatering machine, effectively removing excess moisture.
