Product Description

This equipment is a state-of-the-art PET bottle cleaning line, meticulously designed to ensure efficiency and superior performance. The process begins with de-labeling followed by precise sorting. The sorted PET bottles are then seamlessly transported via conveyor to the crusher for thorough crushing. The resultant crushed materials are moved by screw conveyor for rigorous rinsing, and subsequently transferred to the friction machine for an intense friction process. These materials are then directed into a steamer for optimal heating. After the heating and stirring phase, they are sent by screw conveyor to friction equipment for a second round of friction. Post-friction, the materials undergo two comprehensive rinses in the rinsing machine. After rinsing, they are dehydrated in the dewatering machine and then dried using our advanced distribution system. The final step sees the dried materials being conveyed to the storage bin, thus completing the entire recycling process.
