Product Description

This state-of-the-art equipment is an advanced PET bottle cleaning line, meticulously engineered for superior plastic waste management. The process initiates with de-labeling and efficient sorting. Next, the thoroughly sorted PET bottles are seamlessly transported via conveyor to the crusher where they are meticulously crushed. The resulting granulated materials are transported by a screw mechanism to undergo a rigorous rinsing process. Post-rinsing, the cleaned materials are directed to the friction machine, ensuring optimal friction cleaning. Following friction, these materials enter a steamer where they are expertly heated. Post-heating, they are conveyed by screw to additional friction equipment for a second stage of thorough friction cleaning. Subsequently, the materials proceed to a dual-stage rinsing machine for comprehensive rinsing. Once rinsed, they are transferred to a dewatering machine to remove excess moisture, followed by entry into the distribution system for precise drying. Ultimately, the materials are transported to the storage bin, completing the entire sophisticated equipment process with unparalleled efficiency.
