1. Material Feeding & Hydraulic Pushing: Bulky waste is loaded into the hopper. Unlike gravity-fed shredders, our machine has a powerful hydraulic swing-arm pusher. This arm applies constant hydraulic pressure to force material into the cutting chamber, eliminating bouncing and ensuring continuous feeding.

2. High-Torque Rotor Cutting: The rotor has high-strength alloy steel blades. As material is pushed in, blades slice and shred it against a counter-blade. The rotor is balanced for smooth operation even under extreme loads.

3. Discharge & Sizing: Beneath the rotor is a screen mesh. Shredded material is forced through. Particles larger than the screen holes re-circulate until they meet the required size, ensuring uniform final product ready for reuse or sale.
