Once the PET bottles are prepared, they embark on their journey via conveyor to the industrial crusher for thorough crushing. The finely crushed materials are skillfully transported using a screw mechanism to the rinsing stage, ensuring immaculate cleanliness. From there, they seamlessly move to the friction machine, undergoing an intense friction process. The materials then enter the steamer for precise heating, and after a well-orchestrated blend of heating and stirring, they are gently advanced by screw to friction equipment for a second friction treatment.
Upon completing the rigorous friction process, the materials are transferred to the rinsing machine where they receive two additional rinses, ensuring utmost cleanliness. Following the rinsing phase, they proceed to the dewatering machine for effective dehydration. The materials then transition smoothly into the distribution system for comprehensive drying treatment.
