Post-crushing, materials are seamlessly moved by screw to the rinsing stage. Here, they undergo a pristine cleaning process before being sent to the friction machine for rigorous friction. The friction-treated materials are then introduced into the steamer for precise heating. After a thorough heating and stirring process, they are again conveyed by screw to the friction equipment for an additional round of friction, ensuring optimal cleanliness and preparation.
Once the friction phase is expertly completed, the materials proceed to the rinsing machine for a comprehensive two-step rinse. Following this meticulous rinsing, they are transferred to the dewatering machine for effective dehydration and then enter the distribution system for a state-of-the-art drying treatment.
