1. Material Feeding & Hydraulic Pushing: Bulky waste like plastic drums is loaded into the hopper. Unlike gravity-fed shredders, our machine has a powerful hydraulic swing-arm pusher. This applies constant hydraulic pressure for direct feeding into the cutting chamber, eliminating bouncing and ensuring continuous feeding.

2. High-Torque Rotor Cutting: The rotor with high-strength alloy steel blades slices, tears, and shreds material against a counter-blade. It is dynamically balanced for smooth operation even under extreme loads.

3. Discharge & Sizing: A precision-machined screen mesh sits beneath the rotor. Shredded material is forced through; larger particles are re-circulated until they meet the size (20mm - 100mm) for reuse or sale.
