Waste PET Bottle & Film
Crushing Washing Recycling Line
Our process begins with the meticulous de-labeling and sorting of waste PET bottles. Once sorted, these bottles are conveyed to the crusher, where they undergo thorough crushing. The resultant fragments are transported via screw conveyance for rinsing. Post-rinsing, the now clean materials are directed to a friction machine for an in-depth friction process. Following this, the materials are introduced into the steamer, where they are subjected to heating and stirring. After this thermal treatment, they are again conveyed by screw to the friction equipment for an additional round of friction.
Upon completion of the friction process, the materials progress to the rinsing machine for two supplemental rinses, ensuring utmost cleanliness. Post-rinsing, the materials transition to the dewatering machine for efficient dehydration. They are then passed through a distribution system for comprehensive drying treatment. Finally, the thoroughly processed materials are stored in a designated storage bin, marking the successful completion of the entire seamless equipment process.

Q: What is the price of a plastic recycling line?
A: The cost is influenced by the customer's desired cleanliness of the final material and their required production capacity. We are committed to recommending the most effective and budget-conscious recycling line combination tailored to the customer's specific needs.
Q: Is it necessary to remove the label machine?
A: If the bottles to be recycled do not feature labels or caps, or if the customer prefers not to remove them, then eliminating the label machine is unnecessary.
Q: How many labels can be removed by the label removal machine?
A: The efficient processing of compressed bottles can remove over 96% of labels and caps, while uncompressed bottles see an impressive removal rate of over 98%.
Q: How often does the blade of the crusher need to be sharpened?
A: To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to sharpen the blade at least once a week.
Q: How to discharge the dirt and sewage of high-speed friction cleaning machine?
A: Efficient discharge is achieved through the designated outlet located at the base of the machine, ensuring seamless operation.
Q: What is the most suitable temperature for hot cleaning a steamer?
A: An ideal temperature setting is around 80°C, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning.
Q: How to remove residual labels and bottle caps from bottles after the label removal machine?
A: Residual labels and bottle caps are effectively eliminated through the use of rinsing tanks coupled with vertical label and cap removal machines, ensuring pristine results.
Q: What are the functions of a rinse tank?
A: The innovative cleaning system effectively washes the crushed materials, ensuring that residual label paper and bottle caps gracefully float to the water's surface in the rinsing tank. This meticulous process guarantees that these unwanted elements do not advance to the subsequent machines in the line, maintaining the purity of your recycling process.
Q: What is the moisture content of the material after it has been processed through the highly efficient dehydrator?
A: The moisture content is impressively reduced to ≤3%, ensuring optimal dryness for further processing or storage.
