This arm applies consistent hydraulic pressure, forcing material into the cutting chamber. This prevents bouncing and ensures continuous feeding.

2. High-Torque Rotor Cutting: The rotor has high-strength alloy steel blades. As material is pushed in, blades slice, tear, and shred it against a counter-blade. The rotor is balanced for smooth, low-vibration operation.

3. Discharge & Sizing: A precision-machined screen mesh sits beneath the rotor. Shredded material is forced through. Particles larger than the screen are re-circulated until they meet the required size (20mm - 100mm), ensuring a uniform product.
