Our process begins with the diligent de-labeling and precise sorting of PET bottles. Once the PET bottles are perfectly prepared, they are smoothly transported via conveyor to the crusher where they are expertly crushed. The finely processed materials are then conveyed by screw to the rinsing stage, ensuring thorough cleaning. Following this, these pristine materials are sent to the friction machine which expertly handles the friction process. Subsequently, the materials proceed to the steamer where they are delicately heated and stirred to perfection. Post-heating, they are transferred by screw to the friction equipment for an additional friction stage, ensuring optimal results.
Once the friction process is perfected, the materials enter the rinsing machine for two additional thorough rinses. After achieving rinse perfection, they proceed to the dewatering machine for expert dehydration. The materials are then seamlessly moved to the distribution system for precise drying treatment. Finally, they are meticulously transported to the storage bin, marking the completion of this sophisticated and highly efficient equipment process.
