The SRL series mixing unit excels in the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, and the pre-molding drying of hygroscopic resins like polycarbonate. It's also ideal for phenolic resin mixing. The subsequent cooling and stirring steps prevent clumping and degradation, promote additive penetration into the plastic resin, eliminate residual gases, and allow for hot mixed material storage.
