Introducing our state-of-the-art PET Bottle Cleaning Line, designed to ensure impeccable recycling efficiency. The process initiates with de-labeling and sorting, followed by conveyor transportation of PET bottles to the crusher for effective crushing. Post-crushing, materials move via screw conveyors to undergo thorough rinsing. Cleaned materials are then conveyed to the friction machine for intensive friction cleaning. The subsequent step involves heating the materials in a steamer, after which they are stirred and transferred again via screw conveyors for additional friction cleaning. This is followed by two meticulous rinses. The final stages include the use of a dewatering machine for dehydration and a distribution system for optimal drying. The entire process culminates with the materials being securely stored in the storage bin, completing the comprehensive recycling cycle.
