The crushed materials are efficiently transported by a screw conveyor to the rinsing station, ensuring thorough cleaning. Following this, the materials are expertly transferred to the friction machine, where they undergo an intensive friction process. The impeccably rubbed materials are then directed into the steamer for optimal heating and mixing, and post-heating, they proceed via screw conveyor to the next friction phase.
Upon completion of this friction phase, the materials advance to the rinsing machine for two additional rinses, ensuring pristine cleanliness. Once rinsing is perfected, they are swiftly moved to the dewatering machine for effective dehydration. Subsequently, they transition into the distribution system for advanced drying.
