This state-of-the-art equipment serves as a comprehensive PET bottle cleaning line, ensuring top-notch efficiency at every stage. Starting with de-labeling and sorting, the system meticulously transports finished PET bottles via conveyor to the crusher for precise crushing. The crushed materials are then moved by screw to the rinsing phase, where they undergo thorough cleaning. Post-cleaning, a screw conveyor transports the materials to the friction machine, initiating rigorous friction cleaning. Next, the materials enter the steamer for heating and stirring, followed by another friction phase. After friction, the system ensures two additional rinses for ultimate purity. The dewatering machine then effectively dehydrates the materials, which are subsequently dried through the distribution system. Finally, the pristine materials are conveyed to the storage bin, marking the completion of this seamless, fully automated process.
