These crushed pieces embark on a journey via screw to the rinsing stage, where they are meticulously cleaned. Post-rinsing, the materials are conveyed to the friction machine, where they undergo an intensive friction process. Following this, they are gently introduced into the steamer for heating. After being thoroughly heated and stirred, they are transported once more by screw to undergo additional friction treatment.
Upon completing the friction phase, the materials are ushered into the rinsing machine for a thorough double rinse. This ensures utmost cleanliness. Post-rinsing, they are transferred to the dewatering machine for efficient dehydration. Next, they pass through the distribution system where they are expertly dried. The final destination for these refined materials is the storage bin, marking the culmination of the entire sophisticated equipment process.
