Unlike gravity-fed shredders, our machine features a powerful hydraulic swing-arm pusher. This arm applies adjustable hydraulic pressure, forcing material into the cutting chamber, eliminating bouncing and ensuring high-density feeding.

2. High-Torque Rotor Cutting: The rotor, with high-strength alloy steel blades, slices and shreds material against a counter-blade. It's dynamically balanced for low-vibration, smooth operation under extreme loads.

3. Discharge & Sizing: Beneath the rotor, a precision-machined screen ensures shredded material meets size requirements (20mm - 100mm) for uniform final product ready for reuse or sale.
