Product Description

This state-of-the-art equipment is a comprehensive PET bottle cleaning line. Starting with label removal and sorting, the process ensures precision and efficiency. The PET bottles are conveyed to the crusher for thorough crushing. Next, the fragmented materials are transported via a screw mechanism to the rinsing stage. Cleaned materials proceed to the friction machine for optimal friction treatment. Post-friction, materials enter the steamer for heating and stirring, then return to friction equipment for a second friction phase. Following this, they undergo two additional rinsing stages. The dewatering machine expertly dehydrates the materials, preparing them for drying in the advanced distribution system. Finally, dried materials are transferred to the storage bin, completing the entire seamless and efficient process.
