Once sorted, these bottles are seamlessly transported via conveyor to the crusher, where they are transformed into smaller fragments. These are then conveyed by a screw transport system to undergo thorough rinsing. The perfectly cleaned materials are then carried to the friction machine, where they receive intense friction treatment. The material is then introduced into the steamer, which provides essential heating. After a precise heating and stirring process, the material is again subjected to friction for enhanced quality.
Upon completing the friction phase, materials are meticulously directed into the rinsing machine for two additional rinses, ensuring immaculate cleanliness. Post-rinsing, the materials are ushered into the dewatering machine for effective dehydration. Subsequently, they proceed to the distribution system for a comprehensive drying treatment.
