Product Description

Our cutting-edge PET Bottle Cleaning Line offers exceptional efficiency and thoroughness in plastic management. The process initiates with de-labeling and sorting, followed by seamless transportation of the PET bottles via conveyor to the crusher. Post-crushing, materials proceed to rinsing through a screw conveyor. The clean materials then enter a friction machine for intensive scrubbing. Subsequent stages include heating in a steamer and additional friction processes. After two meticulous rinsing stages, the materials enter a dewatering machine for dehydration. Drying treatment is carried out in the distribution system before finally being transported to the storage bin, completing the entire sophisticated and streamlined process.
