After the high-speed mixing phase, plastics are meticulously cooled and stirred to avert degradation and clumping. This process allows the addition of hot mixed materials to continue to penetrate deeply, eliminate residual gases, and store hot mixed materials efficiently.

The SRL series mixing unit excels in the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the vibrant coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, and the pre-molding drying of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate. It also excels in the mixing of phenolic resins. Post mixing, it cools and stirs to prevent clumping and degradation, allowing additives to fully integrate into the plastic resin, eliminate residual gases, and store the hot mixed material. It features rapid cooling and uniform cooling, meeting the stringent requirements of plastic production technology.
