The SRL series mixing unit excels in the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the thorough coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, and the pre-molding drying of hygroscopic resins like polycarbonate. It's equally adept at mixing phenolic resins. Following the high-speed mixing, the materials are cooled to prevent clumping and degradation, allowing additives to penetrate thoroughly, eliminating residual gases, and ensuring proper storage.
