Our process begins with meticulous de-labeling and sorting. The prepared PET bottles make their way via conveyor to the crusher, where they are finely crushed. Following this, the crushed materials are skillfully transported by screw to the rinsing stage, ensuring thorough cleanliness. Once pristine, they journey by screw to the friction machine, where they undergo an effective friction process. The materials are then introduced into the steamer for a precise heating and stirring regimen before being smoothly transferred by screw to another friction equipment for further refinement.
Upon completion of the friction process, the materials are subjected to two additional rinses in the sophisticated rinsing machine. Post-rinsing, they progress into the high-efficiency dewatering machine for dehydration, followed by a transition into the distribution system for an optimal drying treatment. Concluding this seamless process, the materials are directed into the storage bin, thereby completing this comprehensive and efficient equipment cycle.
