Our process begins with meticulous de-labeling and sorting. The carefully prepared PET bottles are seamlessly transported via conveyor to our high-efficiency crusher, where they undergo precise crushing. The resulting materials are then expertly conveyed by screw to the rinsing stage, ensuring thorough cleaning. Next, the materials are sent to a friction machine, where they undergo intensive friction. Post-friction, the materials are introduced into a steamer for optimal heating and stirring, followed by another round of friction for maximum cleanliness.
Upon completion of the friction process, the materials enter the rinsing machine for two additional, thorough rinses. Post-rinsing, they proceed to the dewatering machine for effective dehydration, before moving into the distribution system for comprehensive drying treatment. Finally, the pristine materials are delivered to the storage bin, marking the end of the seamless and efficient equipment process.
