Product Overview

working principle
The roller crusher drives two rollers to rotate in opposite directions through a motor, reducer, and universal joint. The material falls between two rollers from the feeding port and is rolled into the crushing chamber by the frictional force on the roller surface, and is crushed by the stress mainly caused by compression. The crushed material is naturally discharged downwards under its own weight. By adjusting the gap between the two rollers, the particle size of the discharged material can be precisely controlled.

When encountering hard or unbreakable objects (such as iron blocks) entering the crushing chamber, the movable rollers can automatically retreat under the action of hydraulic cylinders or strong springs, instantly increasing the gap between the rollers and smoothly discharging foreign objects, effectively protecting the equipment from damage and ensuring safe operation.
