Product Description

This state-of-the-art equipment is designed for PET bottle cleaning and recycling. The process begins with de-labeling and sorting, followed by the transportation of PET bottles via a conveyor to the crusher for pulverization. The crushed materials are then conveyed by a screw to the rinsing stage. Post-rinsing, the materials are sent through a screw to the friction machine for thorough friction cleaning. These materials are then heated in a steamer and, after a period of heating and agitation, they proceed to additional friction equipment for another round of friction cleaning. The process continues with two additional rinses before entering the dewatering machine for dehydration. Finally, the materials go through a drying treatment in the distribution system, concluding in a storage bin. This comprehensive sequence ensures a complete, efficient, and high-quality recycling process.
