These fragments are expertly channeled through a screw conveyor to the rinsing stage, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned. Following this, the materials are conveyed to the friction machine, where they undergo intense friction for optimal preparation. The resulting rubbed materials advance to our steamer, where they are gently heated and stirred to perfection, before being delivered by screw conveyor to the friction equipment for another round of friction, ensuring the utmost quality.
Once the friction process is impeccably completed, the materials progress to the rinsing machine for two comprehensive rinses, ensuring pristine cleanliness. Post-rinsing, the materials are directed to the dewatering machine, where they undergo effective dehydration. They are then transitioned into the distribution system for thorough drying treatment. Ultimately, the refined materials are conveyed to the storage bin, marking the successful completion of the entire processing sequence.
