Once prepared, these bottles are seamlessly transported by our conveyor to the crusher for efficient crushing. The resulting materials are then conveyed via screw to the rinsing station for a thorough cleanse. Post cleansing, the pristine materials are moved to the friction machine, where they undergo an intense friction process. Subsequently, the materials are guided into the steamer, experiencing a precise heating and stirring process before being advanced back to the friction equipment for a second friction treatment.
Upon completion of friction processing, the materials gracefully enter the rinsing machine for a meticulous two-stage rinsing. With rinsing concluded, they proceed to the dewatering machine, ensuring efficient dehydration prior to entering the distribution system for the final drying phase.
